Schools Wellbeing and Services (SWeLLS) Network

A collaborative initiative that brings together school wellbeing staff and local community service providers across the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula areas. 

It aims to strengthen connections between schools and services and share evidenced-based resources to enhance overall wellbeing and build a sustainable, coordinated support system for young people in the region.

Delivered by Family Relationships Centre, Family Life, Anglicare, Mornington Peninsula Youth & Family Services and Frankston Youth Services, Anglicare.

  • The network delivers quarterly capacity building and networking sessions for school wellbeing staff, based on topics identified by schools
  • Members receive email updates sharing local service, program and event information
  • Main audience: School wellbeing staff from any school across the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula regions
