Animal owners are encouraged to contact the Community Animal Shelter and Animal Pound via the phone number provided to arrange an appointment prior to visiting. By doing this we can ensure all information has been provided to pet owners regarding registration, fees and any other important information required. However, if you'd like to visit us in person our staff will happily accommodate any enquiries you may have, we are open and available to all members of the public.

Community Animal Shelter & Animal Pound Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 1:00pm
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

*Please note, if your pet is impounded on a Sunday or public holiday, you'll be able to collect them the following business day. No additional fees will be charged under these circumstances. We're operating as per normal through our ongoing redevelopment and our hours have not been affected. Come visit us or call the number provided for any enquiries.
